By creating an account or submitting content to Rimifasido, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information, use an address you control, and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify support of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Music and content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Rimifasido a limited, non-exclusive license to host, review, display, and stream approved content as needed to provide the service. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights and permissions for all submitted audio, artwork, names, and credits.

4. Prohibited use

Do not submit infringing, fraudulent, hateful, unlawful, malicious, or deceptive content; impersonate others; scrape the service; abuse communication features; upload malware; or interfere with security and availability.

5. Review and removal

A submission is not guaranteed publication. We may reject, suspend, or remove content that is incomplete, violates these terms, creates legal or security risk, or receives a substantiated rights complaint.

6. Email

Transactional messages support actions such as verification, password reset, submission receipts, and review outcomes. Optional promotional messages require separate consent and always provide an unsubscribe method.

7. Service changes

Features may evolve, pause, or discontinue. Material changes affecting registered users will be communicated through the website or appropriate service notices.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Rimifasido is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
